The contemporary townhouse overlooks the River Wye and centrally located within the heart of Hay on Wye. Set over three floors, the kitchen, on the ground floor has large glass doors opening to a decked area with outdoor seating.  There are three bedrooms, a double with en-suite on the second floor, along with the lounge which boasts large glass doors that open out to a balcony, with stunning views over the river. The second bedroom on the third floor has a choice of twins beds or super-king. On the third floor there is also a family shower room and single bedroom. There is off street parking for one large family car or two small cars.
